I had a AC problem and I contacted J&L AC and they responded to my emergency. They came to my home ASAP and service my AC. During the service call, Mike the technician found another problem with the unit and fix it. J&L is trustworthy and fair with parts replacements. Mike was professional. J&L is company that you can trust to get the job done right.

This is the 2nd time I used J & L. The 1st time was in 2021 to replace one of my ac units that was over 17 yars old and this is the 2nd time for my 2nd unit.Mike found the issue within minutes, replaced the capacitor and I was back in service. They came out the same day I called and I'm happy with how fast they came out, identified the problem, and fixed it. Mike also suggested a surge protector to minimize the risk of this happening again as I have had to replace the capacitor in the past. I appreciate his honesty and suggestion to keep me up and running.

Technician was professional and knowledgeable and completed checking my system even under adverse circumstances (car trouble). Also gave helpful advice on how to keep my system safe from mold and what needs to be done in the future to prevent it. Thank you🙂

We have used J and L Air since we bought our home and have always been happy with the advice and service we have received. Value to us is includes having professional, quality, responsive service, not just a reasonable price. We recently had issues with an AC that was only 2 years old. After over a week of the AC being on the fritz and then completely out at the end of July in the Florida heat, J and L was able to work with us to get it replaced. The service that Mike and Lisa at J & L give is top notch and we are grateful for all. Thank you Mike, Lisa, and Joe at J &L for helping getting the AC restored/replaced and helping to restore my sanity!P. S. If Mike recommends an AC for your home- listen to him- without our 5 year no hassle warranty this issue would have cost us thousands to repair! You never know when you are the one with a manufacturer lemon until you know, and then it may be too late!

After 18 years of service, our A/C broke down and needed to be replaced. We call J&L on Thursday afternoon and Mike was here the very next day. He was transparent by saying that the old A/C was repairable but for the cost and the age of the unit it was a gamble. Mike provided options and didn't pressure us or pushed a sale, he laid all on the table and allowed us time to decide on our next step. We decided to install a new unit, Lisa guided us through the finance process and made it as simple as possible. Came Tuesday morning, Shawn, Erik and Jacob were here early installing the new unit. They worked efficiently and without delay. Even Mike and Joe dropped by to see that everything was going accordantly and within 4 hours the new unit was up and running. Their dedication to customer service was exceptional and always willing to answer my questions with a smile. We are happy with our choice of product and even more by choosing J&L Air Conditioning. I definitely be recommending them at every chance. The "Big Box" companies are focused on grabbing your money and that's it. J&L is not only about service but it seems that they also want to establish a long lasting business relationship with their customers!Thank you J&L,JR
